SPECIFICATIONS

• Please check your towing capacity before picking up your RV at our Pennsylvania location

HITCH AND WIRING

• Hitch and wiring are required before pick up
• A minimum of a class 1 hitch is required with a 2000lb capacity
• If you do not have hitch and wiring, please ask for a price quote from the parts counter

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VIKING RENTAL

• Know the dates you would like to leave and return (no Saturdays or Sundays)
• A reservation fee of $75.00 is required to reserve your dates
• Cash is required if less then two weeks before pick up (no credit cards)
• Checks are acceptable if more than two weeks before your pick up date
• Note: your $75.00 reservation fee is also used for a collision deductible if needed

RENTAL COST

• $275.00 per week (minimum to rent for one week)
• Additional $40.00 charge per day after one week
• Rental balance is due the day of pickup in cash only  (sorry no credit cars or personal checks)

INSURANCE

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have current drivers license
• Proof of current automobile insurance on tow vehicle
• Lessee is responsible for first $500.00 deductible on collision and damage
• There is a $4.00/ day trip insurance fee to cover additional damages

PICK UP AND DROP OFF OF RENTALS

• All rentals may be picked up between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:00pm Monday - Friday at our Highspire, Pennsylvania dealer location
• All rentals are due back before 12:00 noon on the specified of return

LATE FEES

• There will be a $75.00 late fee charge if rental is not returned before 12:00 noon on your return date

EXTRA DAYS

• If you need extra days after you have picked up your rental, please call 717-939-5988 at least 48 in advance to check for availability
• If extra days are available you will be rescheduled at the regular daily rate of $40.00/day , which must be paid visa or master card at the time of the call

CLEAN UP CHARGE

• Your Viking has been cleaned inside and out prior to your arrival
• You will be shown the RV you rent at time of pick up, please note any prior damage on your lease before leaving so you will not be charged later
• Upon return your camper will be inspected for damage and cleanliness, there is a $75.00 clean up fee if you have not cleaned your camper prior to drop off
• If camper is clean and no damage occurred, your $75.00 will be returned after inspection

CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the short summer seasons for tent camping and our limited rentals, if you must cancel your rental, you must notify us no less then 30 days prior to your departure date, in order to receive your deposit refund.  Any less then 30 days and you will lose your $75.00 deposit

BREAKDOWNS

• Tires, wheels, bearings, axels, crank system, LPG, electric, and water
• Spare tire has been provided if necessary, you may change the tire.  Any other malfunctions, please contact us for instruction prior to doing any repairs or we will not be liable for any cost incurred to you.
• If a breakdown does occur and the camper is unusable we are not responsible for optional lodging cost.
